Did you know the brain is able to regenerate and grow new cells? An even more amazing fact is that when the brain is damaged, it utilizes another section not previously designed to carry out that task. Lucky for us, the human body is so adaptable for survival. Unfortunately, that adaptability is being challenged by escalating levels of brain dysfunction seen as poor concentration, brain fog, and loss of memory.
You might have wondered if it could be headed down this slippery slope that eventually leads to dementia and Alzheimer's. The societal loss of function in the brain is becoming epidemic, the result of which is the unprecedented body burden that can be attributed to poor food sources, lifestyle choices, toxic environment, and high levels of stress.
I've made a personal commitment to avoid sliding down this slope. My mission is to share my knowledge while helping others discover their path back to health and wellbeing.
